The company currently produces over 100 types of environmentally friendly optical glass, manufactured using Gabrielle’s self-developed special glass furnaces, which significantly reduce production costs and provide customers with more competitively priced products. These glasses are widely used in scopes, security systems, cameras, and other fields.
Lanthanum optical glass has high refractive index and low dispersion performance, which can effectively simplify the optical system and expand the viewing angle. It is widely used in vehicle, projection, security, camera interchangeable lens and other fields.
Fluorophosphate optical glass exhibits low dispersion, a relatively negative temperature coefficient of refractive index, and a high special relative partial dispersion value. It demonstrates excellent transmittance across the ultraviolet to near-infrared wavelength bands. The glass can effectively minimize chromatic aberration in optical system design, making it ideal for optical systems that require high chromatic aberration correction.
Low softening point optical glass is a special type of optical material. Its transition temperature (Tg) is significantly lower than that of conventional optical glass, effectively prolonging mold service life and reducing production costs. It is primarily used for molding aspheric lenses and precision optical components.
High Transmittance Optical Glass
High transmittance optical glass features low light absorption loss, enhancing transmittance performance in the blue-violet and visible light ranges (360-900nm band). This significantly improves the imaging quality of optical systems with longer optical paths. Additionally, it exhibits high transmittance performance in the 900-1200nm range. Consequently, it is widely applied in optical systems like LiDAR, automotive lenses, mobile phone prisms, and laser devices.
