Hello, welcome to the official website of Hubei Gabrielle Optech Co., Ltd.!
Glass for Diffraction Optical Waveguides
Glass used in the field of diffractive waveguide is a special type of optical glass with a high refractive index (greater than 1.8). Gabrielle Optech high refraction glass enables stronger light deflection capability when transmitting light, significantly improving imaging quality, efficiency, and FOV of optical systems. It is mainly applied in high-end optics, HUDs, AR waveguides, MR devices, optical fiber communications, and other fields.
Sealing Glass and Functional Glass Powder
Sealing glass has high air tightness and insulation, appropriate expansion coefficient, excellent acid and alkali resistance and other properties. It is primarily utilized for the air tight sealing between metals, ceramics and glass to meet the sealing requirements of products with different sealing temperatures. Functional glass powder has excellent dielectric constant, high resistivity, good chemical stability and other characteristics. Adding it to ceramic matrix materials can reduce the sintering temperature of ceramic materials, and meet the application requirements of functional glass powder in LTCC and MLCC fields.
Low expansion glass-ceramic is produced through precise control of the ratio between the crystalline and glass phases. Its core characteristic lies in a near-zero thermal expansion coefficient across a broad temperature range, coupled with exceptional uniformity, high strength and high hardness, which makes it an ideal choice in extreme harsh environment. It is widely used in ultra precision fields such as the blanks of large astronomical telescopes, resonator cavities of laser gyroscopes, spacecraft window materials, optical platforms of photolithography machines and precision instrument bases.
Radiation Shielding/ Resistant Glass
Radiation shielding/ resistant glass can weaken and shield X-ray, γ ray, neutron ray and space high-energy particles, and is widely used in medical protection, nuclear industry protection and space shielding.
Near-infrared filter glass can provide reliable protection for the sensitive electronic and optical components on the back of the lidar window, and withstand harsh environments. Its core feature is that it has high transmittance for the near-infrared 905nm and 1550nm wavebands, and extremely low transmittance for the ultraviolet and visible wavebands. It can effectively filter the stray light at non laser application wavelengths, improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the system, and significantly enhance the 3D scanning ability of the lidar. It is mainly used in the field of automotive and lidar protective windows.
